Request a reset link
- On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your account email. Caliu always shows the same confirmation, whether or not an account exists for that address, so nobody can use this form to check if you have an account.
- Check your inbox and open the reset link.
- Choose a new password (at least 8 characters).
The link is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once. If it expires, just request a new one.
After the reset
For your security, resetting your password signs you out of Caliu on every device. Sign back in with the new password and your notes will be right where you left them.
Signed up with Google?
Accounts created with Google have no Caliu password, so trying to sign in with email and a password will tell you the account uses SSO. Just use the Sign in with Google button instead.
If you would like a password as well, go through the same reset flow with your email: setting a password there adds one to your account, and Google sign-in keeps working alongside it.
