Add Caliu once on the web or in the Claude desktop app, and it is there in every chat, on your phone too.
Add Caliu to Claude
- Open claude.ai or the Claude desktop app and go to Customize, then Connectors.
- Click Add, point to Custom, and choose Web.
- Name it Caliu and paste this link:
https://api.caliuapp.com/mcp - Click Continue, keep the suggested sign in settings, and click Add.
- A Caliu page opens. Sign in if asked, check the permissions, and click Allow.
That's it. Caliu now shows up in your connectors list. Free Claude plans can add one custom connector, and paid plans can add as many as they like.
Use it in a chat
Click the + button in the chat box (or type /), point to Connectors, and make sure Caliu is turned on. Then just ask, for example "Find my notes about the garden project."
The first time Claude wants to change a note, it asks for your permission. You can let it go ahead every time or keep approving each change.
On your phone
Connectors you add on the web or desktop follow your Claude account, so Caliu is ready in the Claude app on iPhone and Android the next time you open it.
If something goes wrong
- It says the note limit was reached. New accounts on the free plan hold up to 50 notes. Move notes to the trash to make room, or get Caliu Pro for unlimited notes.
- Claude says it can't reach Caliu. Open Connectors, find Caliu, and choose to connect again. If you removed Claude from Connected apps in Caliu, this signs it back in.
- Claude doesn't use Caliu. Check that the Caliu connector is turned on for the chat, or mention Caliu in your request.
