Every AI app you approve gets its own key to your notes, and you can see and remove each one.
See your connected apps
In the web app, open the menu under your name and choose Connected apps. Each app shows when you connected it and when it last used your notes.
Remove an app
Click Revoke next to the app and confirm. It loses access right away, and the key it was using is deleted. Your notes stay exactly as they are, including anything the app wrote for you.
To use that app with Caliu again later, connect it again from the app itself.
What a connected app can see
A connected app can reach every note in your account (not just some of them), plus your tags and attachments. It only does so when you ask it to do something that needs your notes.
When it does, the notes it reads are sent to the company behind that app, and that company's privacy terms apply. If there are notes you would rather keep away from an assistant, don't connect one to this account. For how Caliu itself handles your data, see the article on privacy and your data.
When you delete your account
Deleting your Caliu account revokes every connected app at the same time.
